We have recently recorded a couple of new tracks.

Birom Erovel - A punky blast, our first in Hungarian
Both tracks available to stream on all platforms soon
Club Kongo
We are back for a rare home town show with the almighty Palooka 5 and Thee Girl Fridays at Club Kongo. Club Kongo is an awesome night with Go Go dancers and crazy viuals. Honoured to be part of this.
Rusty Road to Recovery
We had an awesome experience at Rusty Road to Recovery. A very unique place providing support and community to those that need it. A great bunch of folks.
We had George Peppard on first who is a real entertainer. And then some raucous rock and roll from the Quasars. We even had a little dance.
Thanks to the Cobbles for putting it on and to Steve for the hot rod photo.
BOsFest
We had a cracking night at BOSFEST as usual. Such a great community event run by dedicated volunteers. We were a bit shaky as it was our first gig in a while but we are raring to go. It was bloody hot, but we did ourselves proud. Roll on next Sunday
Our two new tracks have been released on bandcamp. Click below
Website is back!
The website has been off line for a bit - Covid, pneumonia and an epic walk around the south-west coast path has meant that we’ve been a bit under-the-radar recently. But we’re back!
We’ve got 2 new singles ready to go, both recorded by the wonderful Chris T from Tonesphere studios. We’re also headline at BOSfest on Saturday 2nd September at the Victoria Hotel.
Watch this space.
It's been quite a week!
We had a great time at Watchet festival. It was an early slot but we woke everyone up with a bang. As a result of our set we got a follow up gig at Glastonbury Calling which we’ve wanted to be a part of for ages.
Really, we got the gig at Watchet through the efforts of our good friend and cheerleader Pete The Poet We met Pete when we played at an Extinction Rebellion event several years ago (pre-covid). We jammed with Pete and he invited us to play at an Anti-War event in Exeter. Both of these gigs were tiny and un-paid, we did them because we believed in the causes, not for money or “exposure”. We really expected nothing to come from it. But all these years later, it’s all paid off.
We will always do things because they feel right, whether we see a pay off down the line or not, it all works out in the end.
Thank you Pete, thank you Watchet and Glastonbury Calling. Thanks also to Cobblestones who are putting us back on with the Dirty Johnsons.
In other news, we went to ToneSphere Studios last night to have a chat with our good friend Chris about recording a couple of new songs. Hoping to get that done in November, watch this space.
Quick Update
We’ve had a slow start back post-covid, our usual rehearsal space was closed for a while. We have played our first gig at Taunton Live and Pride which was a lot of fun.
We’re playing on Sunday 29th August 2021 at the Watchet Festival. We are really looking forward to it.
We did an album!
After a hard year, we’re finally happy to release our first album. We recorded it a year ago just as lock down started. We recorded most of the tracks over two days, with a few overdubs and vocals re-recorded at home.
The mixing and mastering has been a challenge, with lockdown due to covid it meant we were limited in what we could achieve. But we’re proud of it.
You can hear the tracks on the music section of this website or via bandcamp:

Pussycat!
We had a great night at the Cobblestones supporting Pussycat and The Dirty Johnsons along with the awesome Strays. Great sound on the night provided by the all-powerful Adrian.
Can't wait to get back and play at the Cobblestones again. Watch this space.
Live Madness
It’s been a crazy month for the GRB, we’ve had a gig a week for the last few weeks and have loved every minute of it. Ale House is always a blast, and we had a great time at Chard Rock festival. It’s the Cobblestones debut tomorrow which will be a big box ticked for us.
We’ve been added to the bill for Club Kongo on September 6th, another long awaited gig. We’re gig fit and throwing out some really tight 30 / 40 minutes sets, no let up, full force rock!
See you down the front.
Suited & Booted - Back Issue
Suited & Booted have put the back issues of their awesome magazine on line. You can find our issue here:

There’s plenty of good stuff in all their issues, have a look!
Recording and Vidya
We’ve been recording a new track, No Slow Songs, for the purposes of creating a music vidya. We’ll be working with Drew at Badger’s Arse videos in April. Watch this space for our moving pictures.
In the meantime, catch us at the Ale House on the 29th March - This Friday!
The Crown Inn
We had a cracking night at the Crown Inn, Bridgwater last Friday. Ian and Kelly made us very welcome but set expectations low as The Cobblestones had Michael Graves of The Misfits on, so we weren’t expecting much of a crowd. We got a decent turnout though, bolstered by Mark and Dave from Primarius who helped out with 3 songs during our break.
It’s really great that people got in to our original songs, even though they didn’t know them, they went down well.
We recorded the set using AceCobra mobile recording. We got a decent recording of the night, warts and all!
Roll on the next gig!
Biker Bash
We're feeling damned happy with our performance at the biker bash. It was our first gig with the new line-up and with only a couple of months rehearsing we felt a little unprepared but everyone brought their a-game and smashed it.
There were a few technical issues, a dodgy strap lock, poorly biased tubes in the Marshall and a slightly slidy floor but we handled them like pro's. We video'd the whole thing and will be tweaking our set before the next gig.
We raised nearly £600 for combat stress and everyone had a great night. Massive thanks to Primarius for covering for Take Cover, sorry for the timing issues, we'll get that sorted for next year.
Usually we'd take a christmas break between the biker bash and the new year but we're soldiering on to be ready with new original songs for the gig at the Crown, Bridgwater on the 15th January 2019, see you there.
