It's been quite a week!

We had a great time at Watchet festival. It was an early slot but we woke everyone up with a bang. As a result of our set we got a follow up gig at Glastonbury Calling which we’ve wanted to be a part of for ages.

Really, we got the gig at Watchet through the efforts of our good friend and cheerleader Pete The Poet We met Pete when we played at an Extinction Rebellion event several years ago (pre-covid). We jammed with Pete and he invited us to play at an Anti-War event in Exeter. Both of these gigs were tiny and un-paid, we did them because we believed in the causes, not for money or “exposure”. We really expected nothing to come from it. But all these years later, it’s all paid off.

We will always do things because they feel right, whether we see a pay off down the line or not, it all works out in the end.

Thank you Pete, thank you Watchet and Glastonbury Calling. Thanks also to Cobblestones who are putting us back on with the Dirty Johnsons.

In other news, we went to ToneSphere Studios last night to have a chat with our good friend Chris about recording a couple of new songs. Hoping to get that done in November, watch this space.
